Darren Bruce was a socially awkward boy who didn't fit in. After many failed relationships and low school grades, he joined the military to be quickly promoted into a leadership position, teaching and developing his own mental resilience in the process. Since successfully opening his own Health and Mental Performance studio, he had a panic attack and emotional breakdown in his brothers arms. This path of self discovery, along with having two children, resulted in him helping many ambitious parents and high achievers have deeply fulfilling relationships so their kids feel safe, confident and empowered. Darren believes that Excellent Relationships elevate consciousness. He teaches Communication Skills, Emotional Intelligence and Stress Regulating tools to achieve this.
